Berman shared that he plans on providing backup dates in January for Danis’ rescheduled deposition “no later than Friday, December 12, 2025.” If unable to do so, he expected “the court to order a January deposition on any date requested by Plaintiff’s counsel.”

Berman’s request is the latest twist in a years-long legal dispute that arose from a boxing match between Danis and Agdal’s husband, Logan Paul.

In the run-up to the October 2023 bout, Danis launched a barrage of social media attacks targeting Agdal. Personal photographs, memes, doctored images and explicit video content were all posted to the MMA fighter’s X profile — which the Danish supermodel claimed inflicted severe emotional harm on her.

Before Danis and Paul stepped into the ring — with the WWE star ultimately securing victory by disqualification — Agdal filed a lawsuit against her husband’s opponent for alleged “revenge porn” that caused her “humiliation, emotional misery and reputational hurt.”

According to the lawsuit — which was filed in U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey — Danis allegedly engaged in a “relentless, ongoing marketing campaign of cyber harassment and bullying” targeting Agdal. He was also hit with a temporary restraining order requiring him to stop posting “sexually specific pictures” of Agdal “on the web with out her consent.”

In the third episode of the docuseries ‘Paul American,’ Agdal opened up about enduring the relentless public harassment. “It was probably the most traumatic expertise of my life,” she said.
