A gaggle of mother and father and school-board members are standing up to state Attorney General Letitia James and Education Commissioner Betty Rosa’s bullying of New Yorkers who received’t toe the road on gender madness.
Yes: The lethal duo have ordered a de facto ban on dissent on trans points from college board conferences.
On Tuesday, The Southeastern Legal Foundation filed a lawsuit on behalf of 4 Long Islanders (two college board officers, two mother and father) over that state “guidance.”
In May, James and Rosa despatched out a letter threatening to take away native officers who misgender a scholar and even enable public feedback suggesting that trans college students’ “identities and experiences are illegitimate” or that their “presence in school spaces and participation in school activities is harmful to other students.”
No matter that almost all adults oppose, for instance, forcing born-males into ladies’ locker rooms and bogs, and into feminine sports activities leagues.
Nor that the growing consensus of specialists is that the “science” supporting gender transitions for minors is bunk.
