When precise Native Americans call out the state’s foolish mascot bans, you understand progressives have misplaced their method.
The Native American Guardian Association final week referred to as barring indigenous college mascots “the dumbest law of all time” and vowed to take its case in opposition to the state Board of Regents all the way in which to the US Supreme Court.

Unlike the Regents and their minions on the State Education Department, the overwhelming majority of Americans suppose “cultural appropriation” is appreciation.
NAGA’s lawyer, Chap Petersen, calls the ban “racially discriminatory” and notes the “Supreme Court has been so solid on this idea that there is no concept of good discrimination.”
