NYC’s office market rebounding from weak February – Business News

The office market rebounded from a slight February down-tick with a batch of jumbo offers within the first half of March.

The largest was at William Equities’ 28 and 40 W. twenty third St., the place Ramp, a growing financial operations platform, expanded by 153,303 sq. ft — raising its complete on the interconnected buildings to 285,303 sq. ft.

The 575,000 square-foot properties at the moment are 100% leased. Home Depot fills all of the retail frontage.

Ramp may have a triplex that features a penthouse stage with a personal roof deck. Williams lately accomplished a newly renovated atrium and communal roof deck.

Williams Equities was represented in-house by Michael T.  Cohen and by Colliers’ Andrew Roos, Mac Roos and Jessica Verdi. CBRE’s  Ryan Alexander, Jared Isaacson and Jeff Frenkel acted for the tenant.
