We say: Mayor Bass explains the need for free health care by mentioning that homeless meth addicts have destroyed their tooth, so we need to buy them a mouth full of pearly whites to put a smile on their faces.
Why not give new automobiles to drunk drivers who can’t get to work since they crashed their outdated ones?
