Spotify didn’t instantly reply to The Post’s request for remark.
Frustrated customers complained about repeated outages on Spotify, with some vowing to change platforms.
“Literally just downloaded SoundCloud as compensation,” one person wrote on the DownDetector website. “Good option even with ads, I need my music in some sort of form if Spotify can’t provide anymore.”
