Rick Caruso’s vote of confidence in Palisades — – Latest News

Caruso had each purpose to stroll away. Though he saved the mall from the Palisades Fire final January with fire-resistant supplies and personal firefighters, the harm from smoke and water was staggering.
It took $100 million to revive the mall. That money is not going to be straightforward to recoup — not with the city round it nonetheless largely uninhabited. Pacific Palisades shouldn’t be a short drive from the remainder of town; with out native clients, the mall will wrestle to make money.
Caruso is taking a large risk.
