A big new restaurant complicated is coming to 582 Seventh Ave., the previous Red Lobster location at West forty first Street. Corner Table Restaurants signed a 17,000 square-foot lease to deal with a fifth location of standard American brasserie The Smith and a slice-shop outpost of Corner Table’s Upper West Side pizza model, Parla.
The former Red Lobster location at 582 Seventh Ave. will probably be changed by a new restaurant complicated in early 2028.
The two-level space places The Smith and Parla below the identical roof for the primary time.
