Elon Musk’s Optimus robots greeted hungry followers because the mogul’s long-awaited Tesla Diner lastly opened its “retro-futuristic” doorways alongside the famed Hollywood strip.
The all-night drive-in provides “80 V4 Supercharger stalls” and two giant leisure screens — the place Tesla’s humanoid Optimus robots handed out popcorn to prospects who confirmed up for Monday’s debut.
The location opened up for orders at 4:20 p.m. native time Monday – Musk’s favourite marijuana-themed reference.

The Tesla CEO shared a quantity of posts touting the Tesla Diner’s options and urged prospects to “try it out.”
“Aiming to be a fun experience for all, whether Tesla owners or not. Will keep improving,” Musk wrote on X.
The menu options a quantity of basic choices with domestically sourced ingredients, together with fried chicken and waffles, a Tesla burger and a Diner membership sandwich.
Some diners obtained their food in “Cybertruck”-themed bins resembling Tesla’s stainless-steel pickup trick. Cups and cartons of fries featured a distinctive Tesla lightning bolt brand.
If the unique diner idea is profitable, Musk mentioned in separate post that Tesla would “establish these in major cities around the world, as well as Supercharger sites on long distance routes.”
