The Issue: The United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Portugal’s recognition of a Palestinian statehood.
Who gave the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and France the proper to set up a Palestinian state within the boundaries of Israel (“Palestine mandate,” Sept. 22)?
Are they pandering to their own growing Muslim populations, or is that this simply plain antisemitism?
Probably each.
These international locations have many Jewish residents.
I pray for his or her security.
Thank God the United States stands with Israel.

I reside in Canada in 2025, but it surely appears more like early Thirties Germany when Jews had been below assault on all sides by their authorities, police and their neighbors.
At best back then, most of the Gentile population caught their heads in the sand.
Our liberal prime minister, Mark Carney, introduced that he’s supporting the creation of but one more Islamist, terror-state “Palestine.”
Are we residing in a dictatorship?
Because it actually looks like it.
A choice like that shouldn’t be made by one man.
Better but — Canada and different states ought to keep out of Israel’s business.

The formal recognition of a Palestinian state by Britain, Canada, Australia and Portugal marks a long overdue step towards justice and peace.
More than 150 nations now acknowledge Palestine.
Yet Israel’s management stays defiant, vowing that a Palestinian state “will not happen” whereas persevering with bombardments in Gaza which have already killed over 65,000 people and displaced over half a million.
A worldwide recognition of Palestine should be paired with accountability for Israel’s ongoing atrocities. Without justice, peace will stay an empty promise.

Congratulations to the sponsors of statehood for Palestine.
You have formally acknowledged the solely “state” whose constitution requires the destruction of a United Nations member nation, Israel.
You are recognizing an entity with out a semblance of democratic governance.
Undoubtedly, those that deliberate the rape, homicide, mutilation, infanticide and burning alive of harmless civilians on Oct. 7 are sharing a congratulatory toast with their hosts in Qatar for the reward you might have bestowed upon them.

The Issue: President Trump’s announcement linking Tylenol use whereas pregnant to autism development.
Out of nowhere, President Trump introduced that Tylenol is just not protected for pregnant ladies and that it may trigger autism in youngsters (“Headache for new moms,” Sept. 23).
My guess is that is one more personal vendetta. Neither Trump nor Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is aware of something about science or drugs.

Autism was formally recognized in 1911, and Tylenol wasn’t invented till 1955.
The spike in autism diagnoses?
That’s from expanded diagnostic standards and awareness, not Big Pharma boogeymen.
Stop blaming meds, and begin studying historical past.

Maybe Trump’s right about Tylenol inflicting autism.
Maybe he’s not.
Regardless, should you’re pregnant, do you really need to “roll the dice” and take Tylenol?
Remember when Thalidomide was utilized by pregnant ladies, and it resulted in a single of the greatest anthropogenic medical disasters ever?

I do know the distinction between actual medical outcomes and off-the-wall theories.
If solely our president knew the distinction, too.
