According to the team at Cordbusters, no other devices are affected, and it’s only Auara models that are glitching.
“We are aware of the issue and we are working hard to resolve it,” Humax told Cordbusters.
“Customers should contact the Humax support team directly with any questions and they will be happy to provide assistance.”
In response to users on the discussion board web page, the company added, “We are experiencing an elevated volume of contacts due to an issue affecting Aura set-top boxes, where certain channels may experience intermittent reception issues. Our development team is actively investigating the cause and working diligently on a resolution.
“At this time, no additional motion is required in your half. Once a repair is in place, it must be utilized routinely. However, when you need an replace, please be happy to achieve out.”
For now, it appears there’s nothing users can do besides await a repair to be launched.
