A Delta Airlines bigwig who helped lead LaGuardia Airport’s glitzy makeover stole a motorist’s keys and threw them in a storm drain during a dustup exterior the airport, sources informed The Post.

Ryan Marzullo, 46, was stealthily arrested Wednesday by Port Authority cops on costs of felony mischief and petit larceny, sources mentioned.

The arrest got here after a weird Nov. 11 incident between Marzullo and a 22-year-old Queens man who was parked exterior LaGuardia’s Terminal C, in response to sources.

Marzullo then allegedly threw the person’s keys into a storm drain and drove off.

Cops recognized Marzullo because the key-tossing miscreant, resulting in a hush-hush arrest at Port Authority police’s command, the sources mentioned.

Frank Conti, president of the Port Authority Police Benevolent Association, confirmed that officers had been informed a mysterious high-profile arrest can be unfolding Wednesday. He mentioned cops had been informed to remain away and never take images because the suspect voluntarily surrendered.

Marzullo, who didn’t return requests for remark, is a managing director for Delta Airlines in charge of overseeing LaGuardia’s Terminal C revamp – half of a $8 billion megaproject on the airport.

Delta Airlines representatives and Port Authority officers didn’t instantly return requests for remark.

Marzullo was given a desk look ticket and is due back in courtroom Dec. 8, in response to the Queens District Attorney’s Office.
