Tenants proceed to uncover 125 West 57th St., the new, mixed-use tower on Billionaires’ Row.
As we beforehand reported, the 30-story project by Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners and Cain International signed restaurant crew Ten Five Hospitality, creator of in style Mother Wolf places in Miami and Los Angeles, for a giant ground-floor eatery with a new idea.
Now, two more workplace tenants have signed on. Investment firm Jadian Capital took 10,280 sq. ft on the twentieth flooring.

The tenant was repped by Newmark’s Eric Zemachson and Aaron Winston of Newmark. JLL’s Mitchell Konsker, Christine Colley, Kristen Morgan, Kate Roush and Dan Turkewitz of Jones Lang LaSalle repped the possession.
Investment management firm Kingdon Capital Management signed for 10,290 sq. ft on the twenty third flooring.
CBRE’s Silvio Petriello and Tamika Kramer repped the tenant, and Mitchell Konsker’s JLL crew repped the owner.

The signings adopted a current lease with medical gear company AdaptHealth.
The 260,000 square-foot tower contains 185,000 sq. ft of workplace space and a tenants’ facilities flooring.
It may even present a new home for Calvary Baptist Church.
