Ludvig Aberg slipped down the leaderboard on the Players Championship, squandering a three-stroke lead heading into Sunday’s ultimate spherical and failing to secure the win.

“That’s once you’ve obtained to go back to fundamentals, that was a time to go back to the simplicity of it.
