Today’s leftists destroying what America’s – Latest News
How to feed a revolution
1783. Our own downtown’s well-known Fraunces Tavern fed George Washington as he mentioned farewell to his officers and troops. Martha’s expertise was evidently not food. However she nailed him, it was not by way of his abdomen.
Now 2026. Our own temp NY mayor? Besides his itch to rebuild Red Square in Times Square, his prayer is to get on “Saturday Night Live.” That’s his onetime big-time hope. Shove the site visitors. Forget the poor. Screw the bicycles. The man desires to be on “SNL.” Forget town. Shove the landlords. Up the renters. Stick up the costs. “SNL” could be the end result of his socialist life.
So, what had been America’s pols, heroes, Founding Fathers, patriots from our starting days?
1775. The Second Continental Congress — retailers, docs, legal professionals — started assembly and later drafting our Declaration of Independence.
All pledged lives to this Declaration of Independence from “civil tyranny.” Penalty? New York’s delegates instantly misplaced their properties. Total belongings had been focused for destruction. Homes plundered. Belongings robbed. People imprisoned. Earth scorched. Health ruined. Children misplaced. Families destroyed.
The mobs at this time — the marchers burning flags, the haters, the destroyers, the youngsters reducing faculty with out studying penmanship, historical past, math, English, the leftists, the communists, the politicians — don’t even know the names of these first patriots. Nor that their ragtag crushed ancestors — in torn clothes, cold, fearful, hungry — marched into Manhattan, to Battery Park. It was to reclaim the New York City that haters, communists, socialists, leftists, anarchists, atheists and the mayor’s handpicked commissioners now look to destroy.
Ready to let ‘Liberty’ reign
Years in the past the Conservative Society of America reprinted Patrick Henry’s March 23, 1775, Virginia Convention speech in Richmond’s St. John’s Church — his historic “Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death” plea.
It says partly: “Millions of people, armed within the holy trigger of liberty, and in such a nation as that which we possess, are invincible by any power which our enemy can ship in opposition to us.

“I know not what course others may take; but, as for me, give me liberty, or give me death!”
Comes 1783. The identical Fraunces Tavern. Washington bids emotional farewell after Britain’s give up. Remnants of the raggedy-looking forlorn God-Bless-Us Continental Army’s troopers march into Manhattan to reclaim NYC.
And allow us to attempt to suppose what our Founding Fathers would have achieved had been they right here now. Today. Like what may their take be on our pols in at this time’s authorities. Or taxes. Or site visitors. Or unemployment. Or scaffolds. Or bicycles. Or rubbish. Or mayors.
He went ape
OK, onward. Speaking of troopers, there was a time Ed Asner was upset as a result of the Pentagon was unwilling to retire 111 Air Force chimpanzees, which most likely none of us knew that they had. They had been for “invasive experiments.” His group despatched letters to our then protection secretary urging him to “give these soldiers a well-earned discharge.”
BE conscious our short-term semi-commie mayor who, when he reads a story about himself and doesn’t perceive it — figures it should be a misprint.
For sure solely in New York, children, solely in New York.
