Thousands of Verizon customers nationwide reported service outages Saturday after the community skilled a “software issue” impacting wi-fi service for some customers.

The outages had been largely affecting customers in Chicago, Atlanta, Orlando, Minneapolis, Tampa, Los Angeles, Omaha and Indianapolis.
