JLL repped the vendor, Ralph Sitt’s and David Sitt’s Status Capital, and negotiated immediately with Acadia within the off-market deal. The JLL staff included Ethan Stanton, Brendan Maddigan, Mike Mazzara and Hall Oster.
In the previous two years, the JLL staff brokered $155 million in retail acquisitions. Among them have been a number of on Williamsburg’s prime North Sixth Street, all leased to main retail manufacturers.
