Expanding eatery chain THISBOWL, which mixes Asian-inspired bowl dishes and Australian seashore tradition, claimed its fifth New York location at Global Holdings’ 1880 Broadway.
With almost 2,000 sq. toes, the café joins different retail tenants on the location together with a giant West Elm. The storefronts are on the Broadway aspect of the luxurious condominium tower often called 15 Central Park West. The retail portion, which is owned by Global Holdings and Madison Capital, is 95% leased.
Global Holdings leasing head Craig Panzirer stated the deal “reinforces the strength of the property as a destination for dynamic, forward-thinking lifestyle brands.”
