According to our grievance, rescuers like my consumer, Joey Tuccio, and whistleblowers have documented canine with their eyes and genitals glued shut, damaged bones left untreated, mutilated paws, extreme infections, and suspected drug overdoses.
Witnesses have described unlawful breeding operations, canine trafficking linked to animal combating ventures, and exploitation tied to narcotics exercise and arranged legal enterprises.
