Drivers over 70 could face two checks to keep their licenses if the Labour Party authorities and DVLA cave to calls for. Siobhan Thomas, Partner in Hugh James’ Serious Injury Team, is main the push for the modifications to be made. 

The proposed change would contain each imaginative and prescient and cognitive assessments. Siobhan defined: “Depending on your responses to the self-assessment questionnaire, you may be required to undergo a medical assessment to assess your fitness to drive.
