The Department of Education needed to warn these districts to not merely transfer suspected predators to different faculties — a observe colloquially often known as “passing the trash.”

You’d suppose this might be clearly flawed to anybody in schooling.

But then again, a lot goes on in our public faculties as a result of directors and union leaders can’t be bothered to consider what’s best for kids.

LAUSD’s former superintendent, Alberto Carvalho, waited for months to resign after the FBI raided his houses and his workplace.

Both Carvalho and his momentary substitute had been drawing salaries, whereas the district was derailed.

New superintendent Andrés Chait has his work cut out for him.

The query that have to be requested is: Why did it take Linda McMahon to warn LAUSD it was headed for catastrophe?

Only federal stress appears to carry accountability.
