I’m guessing these younger ladies couldn’t care much less about Santos’s extraordinarily conservative views, like calling abortion “barbaric” and likening it to slavery. What issues more to them is the truth that he’s entertaining and eccentric — a ready-made actuality show character.
For Gen Z, politics is leisure. Humor takes priority over coverage. And, apparently for some Zoomers, appears are more important than political acumen.
This is the era who has essentially the most life to reside — and subsequently essentially the most to gain or lose primarily based on the direction of this nation. They needs to be essentially the most invested in our political future.
