Hogan, whose actual title was Terry Bollea, died on the age of 71 in July 2025 after struggling a cardiac arrest at his home in Florida. In an emotional Instagram post, Sky wrote: “My father Kirk passed away last night after a hard battle with colon cancer that became increasingly difficult this last year.
“I’m particularly grateful to his spouse, Robin – thanks for taking such excellent care of my dad via all of this.
“He was a true outdoorsman. He loved hiking, camping, canoeing, wildlife, and teaching us every random forest trick he knew. He loved westerns and old kung fu movies too, and somehow made all of those things feel magical when we were kids. So many of my childhood memories are tied to the outdoors because of him.
“Losing my husband and my father in the identical year has truthfully gutted me. I’m comforted considerably realizing my sisters and I received to be there with him, love him via all of it, and make sure he by no means felt alone on the finish. I really like you dad.”
Hulk’s son Nick commented on the post, adding: “I’m so sorry Sky. We all cherished him very a lot and can miss him deeply.”
