Silverstein leasing vice-president Harlan Strader stated the tower’s “balance of big-business prestige with boutique touches and its uplifting, sun-filled environment” proceed to attract corporations inserting a premium on wellness and productiveness.

Recent leases embrace for H.W. Kaufman Group, which moved its headquarters there. Major tenants embrace Kramer Levin and personal equity firm Mill Point Capital.

At sidewalk stage, a new outpost of fast-causal Middle Eastern eatery Naya will quickly open, becoming a member of menswear store Charles Tyrwhitt, a longtime tenant.
