Ok-Pop company DearU to open flagship store in – Business News
DearU, a world Ok-Pop company, will convey its US flagship and its first everlasting brick-and-mortar store, to 24 Union Square East. Newmark’s Jeffrey Roseman and Drew Weiss are the unique leasing brokers for the property’s house owners, the S. Klein Family LLC.
The 9,932 square-foot store, to be referred to as Bubble House New York, will fill the building’s ground flooring.

DearU is a South Korea-based world leisure technology company that helps followers join with Ok-Pop artists. The new store’s “experiential concept” will mix merchandise, unique activations and fan engagement experiences, to join artists and followers in a bodily setting.
Roseman commented, “Dear U’s first permanent retail location reflects the neighborhood’s appeal to experiential concepts and international brands looking to engage consumers in new ways.”
Its arrival comes because the Union Square space is having fun with a frenzy of retail leasing that has devoured up beforehand darkish storefronts.
The DearU space was beforehand leased to Raymour & Flanigan. Tae Moon and Jin Kim of KORINY INC represented Dear U in lease negotiations.
