He added: “Always deal with the hate being thrown at you with LOVE!… Love ought to come naturally as people are TAUGHT to hate. Even when it is HATE from the POTUS.”
Wallace jokingly told Reddick, his teammate at 23XI Racing, that he was tired of seeing him win. Reddick, who followed up victories at Daytona 500 and Atlanta, secured his third Cup Series win of the season at Circuit of the Americas, becoming the first driver to claim three consecutive season-opening races.
Reddick was seen celebrating with team owner Michael Jordan and sharing an embrace with Wallace, who offered him some light-hearted words.
