A popular chocolate deal with is being pulled from cabinets nationwide over an ingredient which will set off extreme – and probably lethal – allergic reactions, federal officers warned.
An pressing recall was issued after Lipari Foods found that its 14-ounce packages of JLM Branded Dark Chocolate Nonpareils could include undeclared milk, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) introduced Friday.
Those with milk allergy symptoms are urged to keep away from consuming the doubtless deadly sweet.

“People who have allergies to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume these products,” the dire bulletin acknowledged.
The Michigan-based company initiated the recall after its distributor, Weave Nut Company, alerted them that the sweet could include the dairy allergen, which was not disclosed on the packaging.
But the sprinkle-topped chocolate discs, offered in clear plastic tubs, had already made their method to retailers throughout the nation.
The recall targets packaging with lot codes 28202501A, 29202501A, 23202504A, 14202505A, 15202505A, and 03202506A on the underside label.
