A giant renewal affirmed that the success of Downtown’s japanese aspect isn’t restricted to the World Trade Center and Brookfield Place.
Cleary Gottlieb renewed on 475,000 sq. toes at Brookfield Properties’ One Liberty for 20 more years. The law firm is the most important tenant within the 2.3 million square-foot tower on Broadway that was beforehand referred to as One Liberty Plaza.

The building is more than 80% taken and leases are stated to be out on 300,000 more sq. toes.

Brian Cohen and Cushman & Wakefield’s Mark Weiss and Josh Kuriloff. Brookfield was repped in-house by Mikael Nahmias and Dan Roberts.
