Papa John’s shares jump after Apollo makes $2B bid – Business News

Apollo Global Management and Irth Capital Management have approached Papa John’s International for a $2 billion deal that might take the pizza chain non-public, two people acquainted with the matter stated Wednesday.

The investment companies’ joint bid would worth Papa John’s, the world’s third-largest pizza supply company, simply above $60 per share, stated the people, who requested to not be recognized as a result of the deal is non-public.
