SL Green buys Daniel Boulud’s flagship NYC – Business News

SL Green and Daniel Boulud have doubled down on their longtime close relationship, with town’s largest industrial landlord buying the chef’s flagship restaurant property.

SL Green, led by CEO Marc Holliday, purchased the almost 16,000-square-foot rental space of Restaurant Daniel at  60 E. sixty fifth St. for $18.5 million, in accordance with public data posted this week.

But that doesn’t portend any modifications on the Michelin-starred eatery, as Boulud’s Dinex Group instantly signed a 20-year lease with its new landlord.

Prior to the UES deal, SLG was already the owner for Boulud’s Le Pavillion and Joji at One Vanderbilt, together with La Tête d’Or at One Madison.
