A gaggle of states is making ready a lawsuit to block Paramount Skydance’s $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros., two sources aware of the matter advised Reuters on Friday.
While it was not instantly clear which states would sue, California Attorney General Rob Bonta had advised Reuters in an interview on Thursday that his workplace can be making a choice on potential motion quickly.

Shares of Warner Bros. fell after the information, and have been down 1.8%.
