US District Judge Timothy Kelly, a Trump appointee, made the precise call in stopping President Trump’s ban (“O tried to block out Fox,” Sept. 21).
Freedom of the press is enshrined within the First Amendment. This applies to Trump’s impetuous determination to ban particular shops from masking him.
