Attorney General Pam Bondi and Justice Department civil-rights chief Harmeet Dhillon simply put one “Soros DA” on warning; let’s hope they keep it up.

The goal: Hennepin County, Minn., District Attorney Mary Moriarty’s directive seemingly ordering up selective prosecutions, in response to race.

Sounds too loopy to be true, however the woke warrior copped to it in (so to talk) black and white: Her so-called “Negotiations Policy for Cases Involving Adult Defendants” says “racial identity . . . should be part of the overall analysis,” and prosecutors “should be identifying and addressing racial disparities at decision points, as appropriate.”

In different phrases, a literal two-tiered justice system primarily based on pores and skin colour, with whites and Asians presumably getting the short finish of the stick.

Of course, the Soros-backed Moriarty has already carried out two-tier justice.

Witness her letting anti-Tesla terrorist Dylan Bryan Adams stroll after he vandalized Teslas throughout city to the tune of $20,000 in damages, whereas going onerous after different car vandals for doing much less hurt.

And her fondness for giving violent killers sweetheart offers to allow them to keep free to stroll the streets, like one of the sociopathic teenagers who slew Zaria McKeever on the orders of her jealous ex.

Moriarty’s obscene “policy” generalizes the similar sick precept — i.e., one rule for people dumb enough to be law-abiding, one other for the politically favored and nakedly prison.

Having public officers entrusted with the administration of justice give in to their hard-left ideology, as Moriarty clearly has, is ruinous to public trust.

Kudos to Bondi and Dhillon for launching a probe that would lead to federal civil-rights expenses: Prosecutors aren’t above the law.

Here’s hoping the Justice Department now has its eyes on all the different Soros DAs round the nation and the huge injury they’ve carried out and can go on doing to on a regular basis Americans till they’re stopped.
