Brad Keselowski broke his silence on social media after fans spotted worrying scenes involving the NASCAR star after the EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix

The 41-year-old finished the race in 15th place and all seemed well for the veteran. However, as he exited his car, fans spotted Keselowski needing assistance in pit road before ultimately being put on a stretcher and hauled away to the infield care center, leaving fans worried for the star

After almost 24 hours, Keselowski posted on social media to thank fans for their support and thank those who gave him assistance.

“Yesterday was a tough one at COTA,” his post on X began. “Sometimes things happen that are out of our control, but I’m thankful for my team and the care I received at track. At the end of it all, we came home with a top 15 finish. Appreciate the support – on to Phoenix.”

Once the dust had settled, RFK confirmed that Keselowski’s cool suit had failed, which caused him to require attention after the fact. The team posted an update on social media, explaining that Keselowski was in a better place compared to where he was directly after the race.

Elsewhere, Christopher Bell won his second race of the season, picking up where he left off from his Ambetter Health 400 performance the previous weekend. Bell held off William Byron and Tyler Reddick for the win and shared how happy he was and where he is aiming to be at the end of the year.

“We’re in a pretty good spot right now and hopefully we can go into race tracks that are really good for us, obviously Phoenix was an amazing show for the 20 car last year in the spring race,” Bell said after his win

“They’re great race tracks for us and more importantly, they are extremely important race tracks, with Phoenix being a championship event, [Las] Vegas being in the Round of 8, those are two race tracks where you have to be good at if you’re going to compete for a championship.

“So everyone knows that and everyone is going to be bringing their best stuff, trying to see where they stack up, and taking notes for how it goes and how to be better in the fall.”
