A professional dancer has revealed how she lives onboard a cruise ship.

While these massive vessels appear to be the epitome of luxury, complete with on-deck water parks, casinos, and designer shops, working on one doesn’t necessarily mean waking up to a stunning sea view every day.

Ella, a cast member in Mamma Mia the musical on Royal Caribbean‘s Allure of the Seas, shocked internet users by giving a tour of her small cabin.

“I share this cabin with my friend Samara, who is also in the cast and a fellow dancer,” she said in a TikTok video, showing off a tiny room reminiscent of student accommodation, complete with bunk beds.

Despite efforts to make the space feel homely with photos and soft toys, viewers were surprised by the size.

“This is our sunrise alarm clock, which is an absolute lifesaver because we don’t have a porthole so we never see natural light,” Ella added.

“And this turns itself on in the morning, so we at least don’t wake up in the pitch black everyday.”

The cabin, while compact, boasts a quaint ‘coffee corner,’ a mini-fridge, and wardrobe space. It also includes a private bathroom with a shower and a TV that offers ‘loads of films and TV shows to choose from, reports the Mirror.

Despite the lack of windows, Ella expresses her affection for the ‘vibes’ of her shared living area.

Yet, some viewers were taken aback by the tour.

“You should definitely get your own little cabin even if it’s really small,” one viewer insisted.

Another commented, “No windows? I would leave or complain.”

On the flip side, there were those who found charm in the cabin, with one calling it ‘so cute.’ “Wowww! Looks so cozy! Feels like home,” another praised.

And a third exclaimed, “Screamingggg this is so cute, I want to come over!”.
