“Any businesses that are looking for FCC approval, I would encourage them to get busy ending any sort of their invidious forms of DEI discrimination,” stated Carr, who took the helm at the Federal Communications Commission in January.

The warning falls in keeping with President Trump’s own campaign in opposition to the controversial policies – banning them throughout the federal stage and having his Attorney General Pam Bondi threaten to “investigate, eliminate and penalize illegal DEI” within non-public corporations.
