Lorna Hajdini, an government director at JPMorgan, stated in a Monday evening Manhattan federal court docket submitting that Chirayu Rana waged a “deliberate and sustained scheme” to painting her as a racist sexual predator and prison.
Rana has accused Hajdini of coercing him into intercourse and demanding his submissiveness to advance his profession.

His allegations have included claims that she sexually assaulted him, forcibly carried out oral intercourse, grabbed his genitals and threatened to “ruin” him if he rejected her advances.
“Plaintiff’s accusations are false,” Hajdini stated within the submitting, which seeks unspecified damages for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional misery and different claims.
She stated Rana’s accusations triggered extreme nervousness, panic and worry and led her to withdraw from personal relationships.

Rana’s lawyer, Jon Norinsberg, stated his shopper “categorically” rejects Hajdini’s allegations and intends to vigorously defend in opposition to the counterclaims.
