Happy Corner Hospitality, based by Charlie Levy, will launch three sit-down places — at 168-170 Wythe Ave. in Williamsburg, at 928 Broadway in Flatiron, and at 2178 Broadway, the place it is going to take over the present Serafina nook space.
The Upper West Side location will open in 2026, whereas the opposite two are due later this 12 months. In addition, the company’s Sesame Bakery will launch at outlet in Battery Park.
