NBC News has began the method of laying off staffers from its London bureau — the most recent signal that the restructuring earlier than its divorce from sister cable channels MSNBC and CNBC is transferring apace, in accordance to a report.

More than half a dozen insiders who spoke to the e-newsletter described a pervasive sense of dread, the place hypothesis about deeper layoffs is rampant.

MSNBC may even construct an unbiased newsroom and rebrand later this 12 months as MS NOW, dropping the Peacock emblem for a new striped flag design.
