Popular travel stop Buc-ees has opened its closest location to California but, giving West-Coasters their first style of the fast-growing comfort store.
Buc-ees has areas throughout most of the southern US, however chain has not too long ago expanded west to Goodyear, Arizona with a large new travel middle.

Opened in June, the new location at Interstate 10 and Bullard Avenue spans a whopping 74,000 sq. ft, has 120 fueling pumps and is open 24 hours a day, seven days week.
The travel middle is simply a 2 hour drive from the California- Arizona border metropolis of Blythe, California, and a 5 hour drive from Los Angeles.
“We could not have picked a better location for our first store in the Grand Canyon state,” Buc-ee’s Real Estate Director Stan Beard stated in a June assertion.
“Perfectly placed for our road-trippers headed out to California or coming in for the destination-rich Phoenix area, Goodyear will be the place to stop.”
The company stated the new store will convey over 200 new jobs to the Phoenix suburb.

The Texas-based comfort superstore is thought for its Buc-ee’s branded food objects, together with their signature “Beaver nuggets”, beef jerky, do-it-yourself fudge, popcorn contemporary pastries and Texas-style barbecue.
Buc-ees has a complete of 56 areas throughout Texas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, South Carolina, Tennessee,. Earlier this month, the company introduced that they are going to open six new areas in 2027.

The chain is planning to open in new states as properly, with a Louisiana location set to open subsequent yr, and a Utah location tentatively slated for 2028.
At the opening of the chain’s first location in Arkansas in August, Buc-ees CEO Arch Aplin III steered that the chain prefers to construct areas in conservative states.
“I’m starting to realize life’s too short to try to build in places that people don’t appreciate what you’re bringing, versus a place like this where people do appreciate what you’re building,” Aplin stated.
“That leadership, that concept, that idea of conservative, business-friendly, family-oriented concept, works so much better if it trickles down from the very leadership from the top.”
