Solidcore, a low-impact power coaching model, is coming to The Langdon at 1695 Second Ave. at East 88th Street. The building developed by Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners is one of the new luxurious condo towers alongside the Q subway line.
JLL’s Matthew Schuss and Jesse Wolff repped the owner. Sabre’s Sean Young repped Solidcore. JLL advertising supplies cite 2,507 sq. toes though no one would affirm the quantity.

JLL’s Schuss stated Solidcore’s “commitment to a premium customer experience aligns naturally with the quality of the building and the expectations of its residents.”
Meanwhile, Upper East Siders have more to look ahead to with main food markets coming quickly to long-vacant places on the block between Second and Third avenues – Happier Grocery within the former movie show at 210 E. 86th St. and long-promised H Mart at 223 E. 86th.
