Vornado’s Steve Roth takes ‘victory lap’ for PENN – Business News

Vornado scored a 38,000-square-foot growth at PENN 1 by payroll and HR management platform Gusto, which introduced the redesigned tower to over 90% leased. The asking rent was $135 per sq. foot, sources mentioned.

But whereas Gusto’s transfer is comparatively modest, it’s revealing to listen to Vornado chairman Steve Roth’s feedback within the company’s second-quarter earnings call.
