Crypto.com Granted Full Set of CFTC Derivatives | Crypto Work Pro

Crypto.com has acquired regulatory approval to offer
margined derivatives trading on cryptocurrencies and different asset courses within the
United States.

The milestone follows an modification to the company’s
designated contract market (DCM) license, enabling the cryptocurrency exchange
to carry a full suite of Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) derivatives
licenses.

Full CFTC Approval

The exchange’s U.S. affiliate, Crypto.com Derivatives
North America (CDNA), reportedly now holds all three key derivatives
permissions: futures commission service provider (FCM), designated contract market
(DCM), and derivatives clearing group (DCO).

This means the platform can operate a derivatives
exchange, act as a clearinghouse, and intermediate trades, all underneath U.S.
regulatory oversight.

The CFTC granted CDNA the amended DCM license
alongside approvals for its DCO modification and FCM registration on September 26,
2025.

“The full stack of CFTC-approved derivatives licences allows Crypto.com to seamlessly provide clients with the most comprehensive and integrated derivatives experience, alongside Crypto.com’s additional product offerings, including spot markets, prediction markets, stocks, qualified custody, credit and debit cards, and more,” stated Kris Marszalek, Co-Founder and CEO of Crypto.com.

Until now, CDNA has been restricted in offering totally
collateralized derivatives via prediction markets. The new authorizations
broaden its capabilities to incorporate margined derivatives, together with perpetual
contracts.

Regulatory Process

CDNA filed its request to amend the DCM order in May. As half of the approval course of, it reportedly submitted intensive documentation
and performed a number of trading demonstrations for CFTC workers review.

“CDNA has been building a strong exchange and

The company stated it goals to combine these merchandise
into its present platform, which additionally presents spot trading, prediction markets,
custody providers, and different financial merchandise. Product availability stays subject to jurisdictional approvals and regulatory necessities.
